Ingredients :
- 1 onion diced
- 2 carrots peeled and diced
- 1 stalk of celery, diced
- 1 cup (250 mL) worm beans, chopped
- 1 cup (250 mL) green lentils
- 3 potatoes peeled and diced
- 8 cups (2000 ml) vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) cumin
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) oregano
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) salt
Preparation :
- Put all the ingredients in the pressure cooker.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Quickly release the pressure, then serve!
