Ingredients :
- 1/4 cup (65 mL) cooked blueberries
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) peeled and cooked carrots
- Water, breast milk or commercial infant formula
Steps :
- Using a hand blender or mixer, purée the blueberries and carrots.
- Gradually stir in water, breast milk or commercial infant formula until desired texture is achieved.
- Keeps very well in the freezer!
