Ingredients :
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) unsweetened applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 and 1/2 cups (375 ml) whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) baking soda
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add vegetable oil, applesauce and eggs. Mix well.
- Gradually stir in flour and baking soda.
- Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Grease a loaf pan, then line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the mixture into the mold.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the bread passes the toothpick test.
