The pressure cooker frozen chicken recipe that will save you time!

Ingredients :

  • 1 whole chicken, 3 pounds, frozen
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Herbs of your choice
  • 1/2 to 1 cup (125 to 250 ml) water

Preparation :

  1. Place the frozen chicken in the pressure cooker.
  2. Add salt, pepper and herbs.
  3. Then pour the water (the quantity will depend on the size of your chicken).
  4. Cooking time varies depending on the weight of the chicken. Calculate 10 minutes per book. Example, a 3 pound chicken should cook for 30 minutes.
  5. Cook in “manual” mode by programming the appropriate time.
  6. Then let the pressure escape naturally (calculate about 25-30 minutes for this step).
