Preparation :
- Place the frozen chicken in the pressure cooker.
- Add salt, pepper and herbs.
- Then pour the water (the quantity will depend on the size of your chicken).
- Cooking time varies depending on the weight of the chicken. Calculate 10 minutes per book. Example, a 3 pound chicken should cook for 30 minutes.
- Cook in “manual” mode by programming the appropriate time.
- Then let the pressure escape naturally (calculate about 25-30 minutes for this step).
