The delicious healthy recipe for roasted cauliflower with honey and garlic!

Ingredients :

  • Half a head of cauliflower, cut into pieces
  • 6 tablespoons of honey
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 6 tablespoons of water
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 and a half tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha or Red Hot sauce

Preparation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper.
  3. Place the cauliflower pieces on the baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes until tender and crispy.
  4. While the cauliflower is roasting, put all the remaining ingredients (except the water and cornstarch) into a large pot.
  5. Boil the water.
  6. In a bowl, combine water and cornstarch.
  7. Combine the two mixtures and bring to a boil again. Leave to simmer.
  8. Add the cauliflower to the cauldron and mix.
  9. Serve.
