Ingredients :
- 1 lb (453 g) Italian sausage
- 4 cups (1000 ml) chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes (796 mL)
- 1 and 1/4 cups (315 ml) tomato soup (Campbell’s 10.75 oz can is perfect!)
- 2 cups (500 mL) cream cheese with onions and chives
- 1 package 18 oz tortellini, uncooked
Preparation :
- Cook the sausage meat in a saucepan and transfer to the slow cooker.
- Add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes and tomato soup to the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
- Add cream cheese and tortellini. Cook on HIGH for 15-30 minutes.
