The easy recipe for Indian wheat (corn) grilled on the BBQ!

Preparation :

  1. Preheat BBQ (or oven) to 500°F (260°C).
  2. Cut the filaments of your corn, but do not touch its husk.
  3. Put on the BBQ.
  4. Grill for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
  5. Let stand.
  6. Serve with butter and salt.
