Ingredients :
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup (190 ml) olive oil
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Montreal steak spice
Sauce :
- 6 slices of bacon, sliced
- 3/4 cup (190 ml) honey
- 3 tablespoons W sauceorcestershire
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
Preparation :
- In a large ziplock bag, combine the balsamic vinegar, oil, brown sugar and steak spices. To mix together. Add the chicken. Shake the bag well. Leave to marinate for a few hours or even better, overnight.
- Cook the bacon in a saucepan. Remove excess fat, but do not wash the pan. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
- Add honey, W sauceorcestershire and hot sauce. Bring to a boil, then add the bacon pieces. Let cook for 1 minute or 2. Remove from heat. The sauce will continue to thicken.
- Preheat your barbecue to medium-high heat. Grease the grates well.
- Cook the chicken for 2 to 4 minutes on each side.
- Serve with bacon sauce and vegetables!
