Ingredients :
- 1 large pear, peeled and cored
- The juice of a small lemon
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup white wine or white balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) walnut oil
- 1/4 cup (65ml) olive oil
Preparation :
- Cut the pear into pieces and put in the middle of your blender with the lemon juice. Purée.
- Add sugar, salt and pepper.
- Add the vinegar. To mix together.
- While the blender is running, slowly add the oil.
- Keeps for a few days in an airtight container.
