Ingredients :
- 1/2 avocado
- The juice of a lemon
- 1/4 cup (65ml) olive oil
- A minced clove of garlic
- 1/4 cup (65 mL) cilantro
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation :
- Place all the ingredients in your blender.
- Add a little water to adjust the consistency.
