Ingredients :
- 2 to 4 chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) olive oil
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon of fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh rosemary
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation :
- Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of Saran Wrap paper and mash until you have a 1/2 inch thickness.
- Put the chicken in a ziplock bag and add the remaining ingredients. Shake the bag well and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the BBQ to medium high heat. Thoroughly brush the BBQ and add oil.
- Cook the chicken for 5 minutes on each side.
- Serve!
