Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) red wine
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 and a half tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 and a half tablespoon of sesame oil
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons of parsley
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
Preparation :
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the steaks.
- Marinate for about 24 hours.
