Ingredients :
- 1 cup (250ml) uncooked quinoa (pictured tricolor, but who cares)
- 1½ cups (375 mL) sliced strawberries
- 1 cup (250 mL) blackberries
- 1 cup (250 mL) blueberries
- 1 sliced mango
Honey Sauce:
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil
Preparation :
- Rinse well and prepare quinoa according to package instructions. Let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine quinoa, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and mango.
- In a small bowl, combine the honey sauce.
- Pour over the salad.
