Ingredients :
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons of oregano
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons of cumin
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) orange juice
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup (65ml) olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation :
- Mix all the marinade ingredients well.
- Cover the meat with the marinade.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes, but ideally overnight.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.
