- Heat the sugar and water in a pot, until the sugar is dissolved.
- Let cool.
- Add the lemon juice to the syrup.
- Transfer to a plastic container and freeze for 3 hours.
- Put the sorbet in your blender and process until the color of the mixture becomes considerably lighter.
- Return to the freezer for 3 hours. Repeat three times.
- Store in the freezer.
