Ingredients :
- 4 cups (1000 ml) kale leaves
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 and a half tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp pink salt
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Thoroughly wash and drain the kale leaves.
- Put the cabbage in a bowl and add 1/2 tablespoon of avocado oil. Handle with your hands and spread the oil well.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast and all the spices.
- Add the remaining oil and yeast. Mix well.
- Transfer to baking sheet without any leaves touching. Sprinkle with a little salt if needed.
- Cook for 7 to 9 minutes. Watch them carefully so that the cabbage does not burn.
- Let cool.
