Ingredients :
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) good quality extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 small white onion, minced
- 1 minced garlic clove
Preparation :
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Store in the fridge for at least a week.
To easily mix my dressing, I use this shaker which works great and helps keep it longer.
