Ingredients :

• 1/3 cup (85 mL) kosher salt
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation :

1. Mix everything together in an airtight container like a Mason jar.
2. Use to season just about anything.
3. Keeps for a very long time.
