Ingredients :
- 400 grams of canned chickpeas
- 1 cup (250 ml) rolled oats
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt
- 1/4 cup (65ml) olive oil
Preparation :
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas well.
- In a food processor, purée until it forms a ball.
- Add the oats and continue until the oats are finely chopped with the chickpeas.
- Add garlic, lemon juice and salt.
- Activate the blender and gradually add the olive oil until it forms a ball.
- Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper.
- Spread the dough and press with your hands.
- Use a knife or pizza cutter to pre-slice your crackers.
- With a fork, poke a few holes in the dough.
- Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the crackers are golden brown.
- Let stand.
- Store in an airtight container.
