Ingredients :
- 1 Medjool-type date without the core
- 1 cup (250 ml) almond milk
- 1 handful of fresh spinach
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- Fruits for garnish (banana, kiwi, mango, berries, clementine, etc.)
Preparation :
- In your blender, combine the date, milk and spinach. Mix until it is homogeneous.
- Add the chia seeds and mix again for a few minutes.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or even better, overnight.
- Before serving, mix again and garnish with fruit.
