The Best Green Chia Seed Pudding Recipe (Super Easy!)

Ingredients :

  • 1 Medjool-type date without the core
  • 1 cup (250 ml) almond milk
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • Fruits for garnish (banana, kiwi, mango, berries, clementine, etc.)

Preparation :

  1. In your blender, combine the date, milk and spinach. Mix until it is homogeneous.
  2. Add the chia seeds and mix again for a few minutes.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or even better, overnight.
  4. Before serving, mix again and garnish with fruit.
