Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 chopped cabbage
- 1 large grated carrot
- 2 green onions, finely chopped (green only)
- 1 red apple, julienned or in small cubes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation :
- Add mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, lime juice, salt and pepper to a small bowl and mix well. Adjust the seasoning with sugar or vinegar to taste.
- Add the cabbage and carrot to a large bowl.
- Add apples and green onions.
- Add the filling.
- Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
