The best apple coleslaw recipe! (Very easy)

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 chopped cabbage
  • 1 large grated carrot
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped (green only)
  • 1 red apple, julienned or in small cubes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation :

  1. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, lime juice, salt and pepper to a small bowl and mix well. Adjust the seasoning with sugar or vinegar to taste.
  2. Add the cabbage and carrot to a large bowl.
  3. Add apples and green onions.
  4. Add the filling.
  5. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
