Spicy Crispy Chickpeas are an easy and healthy snack!

Ingredients :

  • 1 can chickpeas 15 ounces
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • Olive oil

Preparation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and drain the chickpeas in a sieve. Rinse thoroughly.
  3. Spread on paper towels and wait for the water to be absorbed.
  4. Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper. Add olive oil and sprinkle with spices.
  5. With your hands, shake the chickpeas so that they are evenly covered with spices.
  6. Roast for 20 minutes. Shake and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
  7. Adjust the salt seasoning if necessary.
