Ingredients :
- 1 can chickpeas 15 ounces
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- Olive oil
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas in a sieve. Rinse thoroughly.
- Spread on paper towels and wait for the water to be absorbed.
- Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper. Add olive oil and sprinkle with spices.
- With your hands, shake the chickpeas so that they are evenly covered with spices.
- Roast for 20 minutes. Shake and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
- Adjust the salt seasoning if necessary.
