Ingredients :
- 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup (65ml) water
- 1/4 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- a pinch of onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
Preparation :
- Put all the ingredients in a cauldron.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Lower the heat, cover and simmer gently for 30 to 60 minutes until the sauce has the desired thickening.
- Can cover up to 2 good pizzas.
