Ingredients :
- 2 lbs potatoes cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- The juice of a lime
- Grated cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and cut into small pieces
- Shallots or chives
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub the potatoes well and cut them into wedges.
- Place in a large bowl, add olive oil, salt, garlic salt and pepper. To mix together.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the potato wedges on it.
- Bake for about 35 minutes. Return halfway.
- Add cheese and bacon pieces to potatoes.
- Return to the oven for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Now make the sauce. In blender, add avocado, sour cream and lime juice. Press PULSE until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Pour the sauce over the potatoes.
- Add chives or shallots for decoration.
