Ingredients :
- 1 cup (250 mL) very finely chopped pineapple
- 1/4 cup (65 mL) Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup (165 ml) raisins
- 4 cups (1000 ml) carrots (any color), grated
- 3/4 cup (165 mL) roasted pecans
Preparation :
- In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, Greek yogurt and salt. Mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- To mix together.
- Serve.
