Ongoing negotiations with social partners

Over the two months that followed, 730,000 employees received this “Macron bonus” for an average amount of more than 710 euros. In total, this tax-free and optional bonus for the employer has affected more than ten million employees, but the government also wishes to expand the other value-sharing mechanisms, in particular profit-sharing and profit-sharing mechanisms.

The social partners met on Tuesday to set a timetable for their negotiations on the subject in the midst of a debate on the question of remuneration. They have until the end of January to make proposals to the government.

“We have an average wage increase of 4.4% (…) and it continues to increase,” the minister also welcomed on Thursday, adding that we also had to “keep our cool in a period of inflationary crisis.
