Ingredients :
- 3 cups (750ml) cold water
- 3/4 cup (190 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice (or Tropicana, why not)
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (for electrolytes)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup or honey (these are carbohydrates that are well absorbed by the body)
Preparation :
- In a blender, or directly in your water bottle, place all the ingredients.
- Mix vigorously.
