This recipe based on goat’s milk (or sheep’s milk), dried fruits, fresh fruits and seeds is rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins. This breakfast offered by Bio Planète ensures 100% of your omega 3 intake.


  • 400 g white goat’s or sheep’s cheese or silken tofu
  • 4 tbsp. at s. linseed oil
  • 4 tbsp. c. honey
  • 4 tbsp. at s. gojji berries
  • 4 tbsp. at s. crushed oilseeds (walnuts, hazelnuts, squash, sunflower, Brazil nuts)
  • 2 passion fruit
  • 1⁄4 pineapple


  1. Emulsify the fromage blanc and the oil.
  2. Then add honey and crushed seeds.
  3. Cut the fresh fruits and incorporate them (or mix everything). Serve immediately
