Ingredients :
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) honey
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) soy sauce
- The juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation :
- To make the marinade, combine in a small bowl: honey, soy sauce, lime juice, Sriracha sauce, garlic cloves and olive oil.
- Take out a large ziplock and put the chicken breasts and the marinade in it. Stir vigorously so that the chicken is well coated with the marinade.
- Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and preferably overnight.
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Cook for 6 minutes on each side!
