This may not be the time you thought. According to new research by British scientists, men have the highest testosterone levels in the morning. Precisely, the ideal moment to have a sexual relationship would be 7:30 a.m..

This time was determined by analyzing data from 500 men and 500 women between the ages of 18 and 65. All participants recorded the hours of their sexual relations for the past six weeks as detailed by the Daily Mail. For each moment of intimacy, respondents assigned a score from 1 to 10 for their level of enjoyment. For one in four people, the most satisfying time was therefore 7:30 am.

Another result, two-thirds of the panel named morning sex as the most satisfying, between 7 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Conversely, 33% said the best time for sex was at night. For 16%, the best time was 9 p.m., 15% opted for 10 p.m. and only 2% for 11 p.m. As the English site reminds us, sexual relations make it possible to release endorphins which is a good way to start the day in good conditions.

According to the new survey, the second most satisfying time to have sex was 8 a.m., before most people who work from home start their day. Regarding other times, respondents revealed that they had breakfast at 7:45 a.m., lunch at 12:45 p.m. and dinner at 6:15 p.m. Finally, a large part of the panel goes to bed at 10 p.m. to wake up at 7 a.m. Those who are not fans of morning sex take advantage of getting up early to… go for a run.
