Ingredients :
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 cup (250 mL) baby spinach
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 half lemon
- 3 whole wheat wraps
- 1 avocado
Preparation :
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Put in a ziplock bag with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and oil. Shake the bag well.
- Heat a pan, add the chicken and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Cut the avocado and put the flesh in a small bowl. Add the juice of half a lemon.
- Transfer the chicken to a bowl.
- Reheat the wraps.
- Spread sour cream on one side of the wrap. Add the cheese, then the chicken and finally the spinach and avocado.
- Roll well tight.
- Eat!
