Ingredients :
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 5 minced garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 3 cups (750 ml) chicken broth
- 1/2 box (150 grams) of “Angel Hair” noodles
- 1 cup (250 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup (190 ml) 10% cream
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley
Preparation :
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil and butter. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper
- Add the chicken broth, increase the heat and bring to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook according to package instructions.
- Remove from fire.
- Add the cheese and mix well.
- Add cream and parsley. Mix well.
- Serve!
