Ingredients :
- 4 cups (364 g) broccoli florets
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Preparation :
- In a small bowl, combine the vegetable broth, garlic, soy sauce and cornstarch.
- In a large saucepan, heat the sesame oil over medium high heat for about 1 minute.
- Add the broccoli and cook for 4 minutes, stirring regularly to prevent them from blackening.
- Reduce to low heat and add the garlic sauce.
- Simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes. The sauce will thicken a bit and the broccoli will absorb it.
