A broccoli recipe covered in a delicious Asian sauce!

Ingredients :

  • 4 cups (364 g) broccoli florets
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Preparation :

  1. In a small bowl, combine the vegetable broth, garlic, soy sauce and cornstarch.
  2. In a large saucepan, heat the sesame oil over medium high heat for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the broccoli and cook for 4 minutes, stirring regularly to prevent them from blackening.
  4. Reduce to low heat and add the garlic sauce.
  5. Simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes. The sauce will thicken a bit and the broccoli will absorb it.

Enjoy your food!
