Easy raspberry syrup recipe!

- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup (125ml) sugar
- 1 and a half cups (375 mL) raspberries
- 1 and a half teaspoons of water
- 1 and a half teaspoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- a pinch of salt
- Take a medium sized cauldron, and add 4 teaspoons of cornstarch.
- Add sugar, water and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Add the raspberries and mix well.
- Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Let the mixture bubble for about 1 minute.
- Add butter, vanilla and salt. Mix well.
- Pour hot over your pancakes or ice cream.
