Ingredients :
- 1.5 lb (0.68 kg) baby potatoes
- 4 boiled eggs, cold and cut into pieces
- 1 cup (250ml) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon of white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 green onions thinly sliced
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation :
- Put the potatoes in a large pot covered with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 12-15 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool in the refrigerator.
- Cut into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Cover, and refrigerate until cold.
- Eat!
