Ingredients :
- 6 to 8 Yukon gold potatoes
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) sunflower oil
- 3 teaspoons of Cajun spices
- A pinch of salt
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper.
- Spread some oil (not the ingredient oil, just oil so it doesn’t stick) on the parchment paper.
- Peel, wash and brush your potatoes well.
- Cut the potatoes into fries.
- Transfer the potatoes to a large bowl. Add oil, Cajun spices and salt.
- Mix well to even out the mixture.
- Transfer to the baking sheet and make sure they are not all on top of each other.
- Cook for 15 minutes. Flip, then continue cooking for 10 minutes until the homemade fries are golden brown.
- Drain with paper towel.
Serve with a good homemade mayonnaise like this maple mayonnaise! ????
