Ingredients :
Chicken :
- 1 lb and a half (0.68 kg) chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup (125ml) flour
- 1 and a half teaspoons of garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 5 and a half cups crushed corn flakes
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- Olive oil
Honey and mustard sauce:
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) Greek yogurt
- 2 and a half tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 and a half tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 1 and a half tablespoons of yellow mustard
- 1 and a half teaspoons of lemon juice
- Salt (to taste)
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- In another bowl, add the crushed Corn Flakes with the parsley.
- Dip each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, then the Corn Flakes mixture. Transfer to the baking sheet.
- Brush with a little oil.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
For the sauce:
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
