Ingredients :
- 3 and 1/4 cups (812 ml) coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 and a half tablespoons of vanilla extract
- 3 cups (750 mL) oatmeal (oatmeal)
- 2 cups (500 mL) raspberries
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips
Preparation :
- Mix together milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Add oatmeal and mix well.
- Take half of the mixture and put in the bottom of four containers.
- Add a layer of raspberries.
- Add the rest of the mixture.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate overnight.
This is a super easy recipe that catches on quickly among those who “never” have time for breakfast… A no-cook oatmeal that you make the night before and is ready when you get up. A must try for those who want to have lunch, but don’t have time.
