This delicious coffee smoothie for busy mornings!
- 1 cup (250 ml) strong coffee
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup (65 mL) instant oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 cup (250 ml) almond milk
- Pour the coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and pulsed until smooth.
- To serve!
