Ingredients :
- 2 chicken breasts in strips
- 4 pitas or tortillas
- Club House Spices Sweet Chili & Peppers
- 1/3 cup red onion
- 1/2 cucumber diced
- 1 cup thinly sliced lettuce
- 1 diced tomato
- 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- Tzatziki sauce
Preparation :
- Start by cooking the chicken strips and seasoning them with Club House spices.
- Wash and cut the vegetables. Put aside.
- Heat the pita breads or tortillas for about 25 seconds in the microwave. (Each loaf)
- Put about 1 tablespoon of tzatziki sauce per bread.
- Add chicken and vegetables to buns.
- Roll the loaves using all your rolling skills.
To make the sauce:
