Ingredients :
- 3 cups (750 mL) finely chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 cups (500 mL) chicken, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 6 slices of bacon cooked and cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup (75 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup (65 mL) homemade croutons
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Caesar dressing
- 5 or 6 homemade tortillas (or purchased)
Preparation :
- Add lettuce, chicken, bacon, cheese and croutons to a bowl. Mix well.
- Add dressing.
- Put in the tortillas and roll!
