Ingredients :
- 3 plain bagels cut in 2 (6 half-bagels)
- 6 beaten eggs
- A pinch of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 10 slices of bacon, already cooked, and cut into pieces
- 1 cup (250 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (250 mL) grated cheddar cheese
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 415°F (212°C). Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper.
- Place the bagel slices on the baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the garlic powder as well as the salt and pepper.
- Scramble the eggs in a saucepan over medium high heat for a few minutes.
- Distribute the eggs evenly on each of the bagels.
- Sprinkle with bacon bits.
- Add the cheeses.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Freezes great in a ziplock bag!
