This Banana Walnut Parfait is an absolutely delicious lunch!
Ingredients :
- 1 cup (250 mL) vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 medium sized banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation :
- In a tall glass, assemble your parfait to your liking using the above ingredients.
