A balanced breakfast consists ofa beverage (tea, coffee, water, etc.), a grain product (bread, toast, low sugar cereals, etc.) for the energy provided by carbohydrates,one fruit (juice or compote without added sugar) anda dairypreferably semi-skimmed (milk, fromage blanc, yogurt, etc.).
