“Breakfast tart” with red fruits and Mix Muesli Le Sillon

Yoghurt and good fresh fruit on an original and crispy pie base made from muesli, here is a gourmet recipe that makes you want to. It is offered by Le Sillon, specialist in organic dried fruits.
Ingredients
Pie base
120g crunchy muesli
120g Le Sillon Mix Muesli
90g of butter
1 tablespoon of honey
Trim
450g Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey
250g strawberries
50g Rainier cherries
200g raspberries
100g currants
Preparation
In a blender, mix the crispy muesli, the Mix Muesli le Sillon, the melted butter and the spoonful of honey until you obtain a homogeneous but slightly sandy paste.
Using the back of a spoon, distribute this dough in a previously buttered and floured pie pan (or lined with a sheet of parchment paper) making sure to pack well.
Set aside in the fridge while the oven preheats to 180°C. Put the dough in the oven, cook for 10 to 15 minutes until it becomes golden. Leave to cool then unmold onto a serving platter. To book.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt and honey. Fill the bottom of the pie with this preparation.
Rinse & hull the strawberries and cherries.
Cut strawberries, cherries and raspberries in half. Keep a few whole fruits for the central decoration.
Distribute the fruit evenly over the filling. Serve immediately
Tip: you can replace the fresh red fruits with other fruits depending on the season or with frozen fruits.
