Belgian sponge waffle recipe for breakfast!

Ingredients :

  • 300ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup (250ml) butter
  • 1 cup (250ml) sugar
  • 4 cups (1000 ml) white flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • a pinch of salt
  • Oil
  • A Belgian waffle iron

Preparation :

  1. In a saucepan, heat the butter, milk and sugar over medium heat until the butter is melted.
  2. Add the eggs and beat everything.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, vanilla and salt.
  4. Put a little oil in the Belgian waffle maker.
  5. Put the dough in the waffle maker and cook for about 3 minutes.

No waffle iron?
