Ingredients :
- 1 egg
- 1 apple (or 1/3 cup of compote, if it’s 100% apples and without sugar)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut, melted
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) ground oats
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 or 3 chopped walnuts
For cooking:

- Honey
- Fruits
- Coconut whipped cream
Preparation :
- Slice the apples and put in the blender with the rest of the wet ingredients (eggs, honey, melted coconut oil). Activate until blended.
- Add the dry ingredients (ground oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda). To mix together.
- Add nuts.
- Add coconut oil to your pan and heat over medium high heat.
- Add a little mixture with a spoon. Cook for about 1 minute on each side.
- Add your favorite toppings and enjoy! ????
