A very healthy and super easy to make mashed broccoli recipe!

Ingredients :

  • 2 heads of broccoli
  • 1/3 cup (85ml) water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation :

  1. Steam broccoli until softened.
  2. In your blender, put the broccoli, water, salt and pepper.
  3. Purée.
  4. Adjust seasoning.
