A perfect breakfast of egg and bacon croissants!

Ingredients :

Preparation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper.
  2. Open and unroll the croissants on the parchment paper. Separate each sheet in the middle so that you have 4 large squares of pasta. Press the perforation holes to seal well.
  3. Roll up the corners of each crescent.
  4. Crack two eggs in the center of each pastry. Sprinkle with parmesan, salt and pepper.
  5. Place 3 slices of bacon in the center of each croissant and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. To serve!
