5 essential oils against hangovers

The end-of-year holiday season is often synonymous with hearty meals, excess alcohol or even fatigue, which cause some small digestive inconveniences (nausea, difficult digestion, intestinal spasms, bloating, etc.). Essential oils will help you get rid of these symptoms quickly.

Directions for use: put a drop of mint essential oil on a piece of sugar and let it melt gently in your mouth.

If you really can’t swallow anything, place a drop of Mint essential oil directly on the back of your hand and lick it off.

You can also place a few drops of Mint essential oil on a cotton ball which will diffuse gently in the room where you are.

If you have a diffuser, put a few drops of this oil in nebulization: but be careful not to exceed 20 minutes of diffusion so as not to saturate the atmosphere.

Precaution for use: Oral mint oil is reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. It is contraindicated in pregnant women.

Against bloating: essential oils of Caraway and Noble Laurel

Very often, overeating leads to digestive problems and in particular of bloating.

These flatulence problems can be alleviated with the following preparation: mix in a 30 ml bottle, 30 drops ofbay laurel essential oil and 30 drops ofcaraway essential oil in Macadamia vegetable oil.

Directions for use: apply a little of this solution to the abdomen and massage in a clockwise direction, 2 to 3 times a day.

Precaution for use: this preparation is reserved for adults and contraindicated in pregnant women.

Against difficult digestion and stomach aches: essential oils of Basil, Ginger and Peppermint
